In the event of a conflict between 3jl1's general platform terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules apply to that game only.
Results of all software-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcomes of real cards, wheels, and dice as observed on the live video stream. 3jl1 does not interfere with game outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error that prevents the proper conclusion of a game round, 3jl1 will apply the game provider's standard malfunction policy. Where appropriate, affected bets will be returned to the player's wallet. Bets already settled before a technical failure are considered final.

3jl1's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3jl1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
How and when these Terms may change
3jl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, financial conditions, or eligibility requirements — 3jl1 will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the 3jl1 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.
Applicable jurisdiction and conflict resolution process
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 3jl1 regarding these Terms or any transaction conducted through the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through 3jl1's internal complaints process by contacting support at the address below. 3jl1 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
